Designed, manufactured and installed to BS EN 12572-2007 King Kong Climbing Walls pride ourselves on working closely with our clients to consult and involve the customer to ensure they not only end up with the product they want but also create a climbing environment that will keep people coming back for years. We have developed several unique climbing systems that offer a range of climbing surfaces from simple flat panels to state of the art Rocktopia systems that simulate real rock closer than anything else on the market.

Climbing Walls (Top Rope/Lead)
Lead walls are often the main focus of any climbing facility. They typically range in height from 6m to 20m or more and can feature a wide range of angles and challenges for the climber. Depending on the nature of the wall it can offer anything from the perfect first climbing experience all the way up to international standard climbing that can push even the very best to the limits. School Walls
A climbing wall at your school is the ideal way to get children engaged in sport as well as helping to build coordination, communication and self confidence. What's more with foldable matting, climbing walls can be installed using minimal floor space so your gyms or sports halls can still be used for a full range of normal sports actives while added great climbing opportunities for all ages and abilities. Our company has worked with many schools across the country, providing them with a first class product not only for their pupils and staff but in many cases the general public as well.
Bouldering Walls
Bouldering walls are low height climbing walls designed for use without the aid of ropes or belay gear ,on average 4m in height. As the climber is using the wall un aided the standard EN 12572-2007 states there must be a fit for purpose safety surface located beneath the wall. In most cases this is a 300mm bouldering/crash matting, alternatively if the wall is located outdoors a suitable alternative must be used 300mm pea gravel/play bark.
Bouldering has really taken off over the last 5 years with many large dedicated centres springing up all over the UK. It provides a short and intense form of climbing which is great for building power needed for larger climbs or just training for climbing on real boulders outside. Because of the nature of bouldering the walls can be any kind of wild angles and shapes which further increase the interest as well as the impressive look of the structures in the climbing room.
Mobile Walls
Our mobile climbing tower is an impressive 6 metre high freestanding climbing wall with the state of the art ROCKTOPIA climbing surface. It is easily transported by means of a trailer system to the venue where it is to be used. The wall is then hydraulically raised into the vertical position; this process takes approx. 10 minutes to complete. The tower has 4 top belays and can also be fitted with Walltopia's new hydraulic auto belay (WAB) system. Apart from the sculpted features of the Rocktopia panels, the wall has additional bolt on hold placements to cater for every kind of rock climber from complete novice to the more experienced climber.
Mobile towers are the ideal solution for outdoor events and shows and have proved to be great and popular attractions wherever they have been used.
Traverse Walls
If you've got an unused outside or indoor wall then why not put it to good use by installing a traversing wall. School traversing walls have become increasingly popular globally and especially within the UK. This is essentially due to do the benefits climbing has to offer combined with the low risk involved. Climbing teaches good body movement and sharpens sequential problem solving skills whilst promoting the development and use of good judgement.
